Dining & Drinks

What time is breakfast served?

● Breakfast is available in the restaurant from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
● We use a booking system, so please reserve your time with a member of our team.
● You can enjoy a continental buffet while your hearty Scottish breakfast is cooked to order.

When is the restaurant open for lunch and dinner?

● The restaurant is open 7 days a week.
● The main menu is available from 12:00 pm daily.
● The last seating for dinner is at 8:45 pm.

What are the bar opening hours?

● The bar opens daily at 11:00 am for coffee, soft drinks, and alcohol.
● Last orders (Sun–Thu): 10:45 pm.
● Last orders (Fri–Sat): 11:45 pm.
● The bar closes 30 minutes after last orders.

Hotel Services & Policies

Is there a Duty Manager available?

● Yes, a Duty Manager is available 24/7.
● 7:30 am–11:00 pm: Find them in person in the restaurant or bar area.
● 11:00 pm–7:30 am: Call 01479 812766 (option 3).

What is your payment policy?

● We are a cashless hotel.
● We accept all major cards except American Express.

How does housekeeping work?

● Rooms are serviced upon request.
● To request service, notify the reception desk or place the service door hanger outside your room.

Is there Wi-Fi?

● Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

What is the smoking policy?

● Smoking is strictly prohibited in bedrooms and all indoor areas.
● Guests found smoking indoors will be charged a £150.00 fee.

Entertainment & Rewards

What entertainment do you provide?

● We host live music with bands and solo artists throughout the week.
● Our weekly Quiz Night takes place every Tuesday at 8:45 pm.

What is Turas Rewards?

● It is our loyalty program where you can earn points by registering your bank card.
● Points can be exchanged for reward vouchers.

Safety & Local Area

What should I do if the fire alarm sounds?

● Exit via your nearest Fire Exit (information is located in your room).
● The assembly point is the Beer Garden in the main parking lot in front of the hotel.

What is there to do nearby?

● Aviemore offers forest trails, lochs, and mountain scenery.
● Local attractions include the Strathspey Steam Railway (right across the road), Cairngorm Mountain, Rothiemurchus Estate, Landmark Forest Adventure Park, and the Highland Wildlife Park.
