Terms and Conditions of Booking
A current credit/debit card number is required in order to make a reservation. No monies are drawn from the account and these details are only held to confirm your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the proprietors reserve the right to make a charge if the accommodation cannot be re-let.
The Cairngorm Hotel observe a strict confidentiality policy and account details will not be made available to any third party.
Guests should be aware that we are a vibrant hotel with a busy bar, restaurant and function room and that this should be taken into consideration when booking accommodation. Any music or live events being held on the night of your stay will conclude by Midnight midweek and at weekends 1am.
