The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made via our website, online, over the telephone or in person. Any promotional special offers or short breaks may have additional T&Cs so please see the relevant details for that booking.
All rates offered are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking should the need arise.
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing current rate. Once booked your price is guaranteed at that rate regardless of whether the price changes.
Pets are currently accepted on the 1st floor bedrooms but not permitted in the restaurant or bar.
All prices are based on two people sharing a standard double room.
Rates may not be available during major events or conferences. Minimal length of say may apply at certain times.
Our Superior Rooms will be available at a supplement per night. This supplement is to reflect the additional amenities available in these rooms including a higher standard of decoration, fixtures and fittings.
We have certain rooms that can accommodate dogs, please ensure you check this with us prior to arrival. There will be a supplement of £5 per dog per night.
Free parking is available at the hotel.
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and we request that you vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure.
To book over the telephone please call us on 01479 810 233 or you can book online through this website. You will need to guarantee your booking with a valid debit or credit card. When booking online you will need to accept the terms & conditions as provided by our booking provider Bookassist – you will be prompted to do this before your booking is accepted.
Cancellations : When booking directly with us a non refundable, non transferable £50 per room deposit is required. Any cancellation made up to 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur any further charges. One night’s accommodation charge will be made for any cancellation after this time.
Any complaint or comment regarding your stay with us should be made to the duty manager at reception so we are able to resolve any issues there and then. Any problem which cannot be rectified should be notified in writing to The Manager, Cairngorm Hotel, Grampian Road, Aviemore, PH22 1PE
